Memorial Day is a time to honor and remember the brave men and women who have made the ultimate sacrifice while serving in the United States Armed Forces. This year, Bellingham Automotive invites you and your family to join us in commemorating these heroes at the Whatcom Memorial Day Parade—a cherished local tradition with deep roots in our community.
Event Details
- Date: Saturday, May 24, 2025
- Time: 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM
- Location: The parade starts at the corner of Alabama Street and Cornwall Avenue and proceeds south on Cornwall Avenue through downtown Bellingham.
- Admission: Free and open to all!
Rain or shine, the parade will go on—so dress for the weather, bring your lawn chairs, and don’t forget the kids and the dogs. Everyone is welcome!
A Local Tradition with a New Name
For longtime locals, this beloved community event might feel familiar—and it should! What many remember as the Ski to Sea Parade has evolved into the Whatcom Memorial Day Parade, keeping all the festive energy and local flair while placing the focus where it matters most: honoring those who have served and sacrificed.
