I have a Fiesta ST so I have had my entire clutch hydraulics fail, faulty door and hood latches, and various other issues that come with having a fiesta! I enjoy the work that’s been done and I enjoy whenever I talk to the service writers/techs in person but sometimes the service writers over the phone can be a bit pushy trying to add services I don’t need. As somebody who has brought my car in a few times now, I recommend just being clear about exactly what you want done over the phone and the techs will do a great job!
